In rural areas even our modern generation particularly the school children colleges and universities students always try to prefer the junk food because their digestion remains proper due to the growth of life but they don't know it bad consequences when a person attends the age of 50 and above its ill effect can be observed very easily the junk food directly affects the digestive system and result to various constipations and in this way all such people make themselves victimize by taking these harmful types of junk food so what to talk about a particular place everywhere throughout of the world in developed countries of the world even the people are found preferring sandwiches of different types and ignored the nutritious food so it has now become the major problem of the world due to the negligence of the human beings.

Though first of all United Nations Organisation and particularly World Health Organisation (W.H.O) issue such instructions to the various nations of the world not to produce and to establish some kind of then on the use junk food it can be different ways and different forms according to the situation but it is a pity on the part of the people that they remain negligent towards it bad consequences and ultimately fell victimize of it so such a practice is quite avoidable what to talk of the common man even the leader of different nations and at various stages like the local administration have also fallen with images of it has been observed that people at the time of lunch simply quench their hunger by taking cold drinks and various types of junk food instead they can easily make proper arrangements for having a nutritious food but due to the fashion and by looking towards each other they ignore it and that's why the people invite the several types of diseases themselves.
